Hiring Voice Support (Domestic & International)

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Shift: Rotational

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 0 to 5 years

**Salary**: ₹3 LPA to ₹7 LPA

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues while maintaining high service quality.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
- Follow call scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while handling customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Adhere to company policies, shift schedules, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer needs.
- Good problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage customer escalations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in voice support, customer service, or BPO (not mandatory for freshers).
- Knowledge of international call handling etiquette and customer support processes.
