We are looking for a strong data architect to lead a team of engineers tasked to build our new set of products. As a Data Architect for Anchanto's data product, your day-to-day tasks will include executing - drive long term tech architecture of data pipelines and product workflows, make technical trade off decisions, ensure team members use correct technical tools and conduct technical interviews. **Responsibilities**: - Lead the design, execution and communication of an enterprise grade data collection platform - Perform regular reviews of current data architecture and security and identify areas of improvement to optimise SLAs and costs in current systems and processes - Liaise and lead integrations with external data and proxies vendors - Must be willing to do hands-on coding whenever required - Perform code reviews and leave constructive feedback - Contribute to the setup of best engineering practices and processes - Provide technical leadership and help team members grow professionally - Conduct technical interviews during recruitment processes **What You Need/ You have a track record of**: - 7+ years of overall experience of which at least 4-5 years of professional hands on development experience in Python, Docker and AWS Cloud services - Must have hands on experience in designing and maintaining scalable and robust data collection systems - Must have experience in product tech design, development to successful launch and process improvement - Prior experience and expertise in Extract, Transform, Load (Concepts), essentially Data processing - Musth ave prior experience with orchestration services, AirFlow is preferred - Well-organized and must be able to understand big picture - Strong team player with ability to handle multiple products - Self-motivated, results driven individual, passionate about technology **Benefits of working with Anchanto**: - Medical Insurance (option to include parents) - Personal Accident Insurance - Annual Health Checkup - Competitive salary package - Learning opportunities
