We are urgently looking for Customer support executive_Pirangut, Pune.
Job Description:
- 1.Creating a healthy and long-lasting relationship between a company and a client.
2.Understanding Customer Concerns.
3.Retaining the customers by taking care of their service issues
4.Create plans to address clients business needs
5.Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
6.Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
7.To monitor services to be rendered to customers on time.
8.To monitor the customers complaints & its on time closure.
- 1.Proven experience as a Customer Support Executive.
2.Ability to resolve problems.
3.Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
4.Strong Mail drafting skills.
5.Strong negotiation skills.
6.Superior problem-solving skills in business and everyday situations.
8.Able to listen to and comprehend peoples problems with the intent to solve them.
9.Excellent record-keeping and data entry skills.
10.A customer-oriented attitude.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Jadwal:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mulshi, Pune - 412115, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer support in manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
