RESPONSIBILITIES

Principal Responsibilities/Requirements:

- Experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), monitoring and responding quickly to incoming requests or issues related to data protection.
- Experience in taking initiatives, and contribution to the optimization, execution, and maintenance of an effective end user support program, especially those involving business processes, repeatable methods, and automation.
- Knowledge of, and experience working with data protection (i.e., tokenization, encryption, masking, etc.) and monitoring measures.
- Knowledge of, and experience working with information security management frameworks (i.e., ISO 2700X, NIST CSF, SANS Top 20 Critical Security Controls, etc.)
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as PCI-DSS, GLBA, HIPAA, SOX, EUGDPR, CCPA, FFIEC, NYDFS, etc.
- Working knowledge of FFIEC and IT Audit principles, especially concerning participation in security audits and evidence management.
- Working knowledge of agile framework and associated methods (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

SKILL / EXPERIENCE Minimum:

- Working knowledge of information security scanning technologies
- Current knowledge of recent Information Security and Data Protection technologies and Frameworks (Cloud, DevOps, Micro services, Spring, React, REST etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expert experience with report visualization (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills
- Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and to prioritize tasks Preferred:

- ITIL certification, Security Plus, CompTIA Security+ or other related certifications
- Experience with automated communication channels (Chat Bots)
