**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with project managers for existing and upcoming projects, understand requirements and prepare **wireframes, mockups, and prototypes** using Figma,
- Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools as per modern design practices.
- Conduct **user research**, create user personas, and define user flows.
- Work closely with developers to ensure **smooth implementation** of designs.
- Conduct **usability testing** and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Maintain and improve **design consistency, UI guidelines, and design systems**.
- Stay updated with the latest **UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices**.

**Requirements**:

- ** 3-5 years** of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator**.
- Strong understanding of **user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility**.
- Experience with **responsive and interactive design**.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with **HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript** is a plus.
- Ability to work in an **Agile/Scrum environment**.
