**The Requirements**
- Possess strong work ethic with a desire to improve yourself through your work
- Minimum of 5 years software development experience
- Demonstratable competency in C#, Typescript with experience working with.NET Core, Angular 8+ and Python(desirable).
- Hands-on commercial experience in Azure cloud
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Experience mentoring and guiding team members
- Experience with all phases of the SDLC including maintenance and with Agile methodologies
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a broader project team

Desirable:

- Experience with microservice based architectures
- Experience understanding and translating complex business processes involving stakeholder groups and perspectives
- Experience of working in a financial services organisation, preferably with exposure to the insurance industry/insurance broking. Where this directly relevant experience is not available, we will be looking for an ability to rapidly become effective in a new, unfamiliar environment

The successful applicant will report to the Risk Technology Solutions Engineering Lead. The role offers hybrid working with travel to office expected on a regular cadence.
