**Not into Post Closing Background, Should have Experience in E2E Closing.**

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Working on all type of loans (FHA, conventional and VA loans) of Refinance, Non-QM, DSCR and Purchase closing transactions.

2. Checking the data accuracy in the documents (Appraisal, HOI, Tax, Vesting, Title, Payoff, VOE, VOM, Bank statements, Loan Estimate) required for closing of the loan, if needed requested for the corrections with the Processing team.

3. Disclosing the initial Closing disclosure to the borrower through mailbox, e sign, and docutech rules.

4. Validating the escrows and payoff documents, escrow shortages for underwriter final approval.

5. Updating loan details in LOS and release the closing instructions/Package to the Title Company and Title Company provides Draft CD with settlement fee details.

6. Preparing final CD settlement statements/closing package

7. 0% and 10% tolerance cure scenarios

9. Coordinate loan closing time/date/place with schedulers, title companies, etc.

10. Balancing CD with Title

11. Preparing 10-12 closing packages per day.

12. Quality checking/ auditing files and mentoring the new employees in the process.

Qualification & Experience Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role:
1. Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)

2. Prior experience in US mortgage

3. Good verbal and written communication skills

4. Strong time management skills to achieve requirements within the timeframe allotted with 100% quality.

5. Knowledge of processing and preparation of closing disclosure a plus

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) with an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Excel

8. Capacity to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents

9. Ability to maintain information with a high level of confidentiality

10. Team player - highly collaborative, yet has uncanny ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction from others.

11. Must perform well in fast-paced environment and under pressure with time-driven tasks.

12. Must be flexible with change.

13. Willing to work in night shifts and work from office when required
