**Job Description - Work from Home - Calling Executive at VALUEARC**

We are a boutique Wealth Management and Investment Advisory Firm, that works towards providing our customers with unparalleled solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contacting potential customers to introduce our company and inform them about our offerings
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements
- Direct prospects/customers to the sales team when needed
- Generation of meetings for the sales and advisory team
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer information in our database

**Qualifications Required**:

- Graduate or equivalent
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role
- People working/ having worked with Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Fund AMCs, Insurance companies would be given preference
- Women (from similar industry background) willing to re-join after personal breaks are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Active Listener
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to generate good leads and prospects
- Attention to detail
