Corporate Security Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Management**:
- Supervise and manage security personnel to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Provide training and guidance to security team members.
- Foster a cohesive and efficient team environment.
- **Remote Management**:
- Oversee security operations across multiple facilities remotely.
- Implement protocols for remote monitoring and response.
- Utilize technology for effective remote management of security systems.
- **MIS Management**:
- Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) related to security operations.
- Analyze MIS data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports for senior management on security performance metrics.
- **SOP Development**:
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security protocols.
- Ensure SOPs are communicated effectively and adhered to by security personnel.
- Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect evolving security needs.
- **Security Strategy Development**:
- Formulate long-term security strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify potential security risks and develop proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement comprehensive security strategies.
- **Stakeholder Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and requirements.
- Represent the security department in meetings and discussions with stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in corporate security, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of security best practices and procedures
- Experience in developing and implementing security programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in managing security operations in a remote environment
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems
- Experience in developing and conducting security awareness training programs
- Security+ or other relevant security certification

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
