**Digital Marketing Executive**

1. Experience: 2 - 3 years
2. CTC: 3.60 - 4.80 p.a.
3. Social Media Management (20%) a. Creating and managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing social media metrics.

5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (5%) a. Optimizing website content and structure to improve search engine rankings, conducting keyword research, and analysing SEO performance.

7. Paid Advertising (10%) a. Managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads or social media advertising, monitoring budgets, and analysing ad performance.

8. Analytics and Reporting (10%) a. Using tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness. b. Preparing reports to assess marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
9. Digital Marketing Strategy (10%) a. Assisting in developing and implementing overall digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

10. Market Research (10%) a. Conducting market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitors' strategies.
11. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) (5%) a. Analysing user behaviour and website performance to optimize conversion rates and improve user experience.

12. Online Reputation Management (ORM) (5%) a. Monitoring and managing the online reputation of the brand or company across various platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
