**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist students in selecting the right academic programs based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Follow up with students and their families to address any questions or concerns and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage the admissions database, track applicant progress, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Provide post-admission support to students, including guidance on orientation and the transition to their academic institution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in student counseling, admissions, or related customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and their families.
- Knowledge of the admissions process for both domestic and international students.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and databases is a plus.
