Proven work experience as a Freelance Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

Solid ability to conduct screening

Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Target oriented

Ability to multitask

Must have laptop and good Internet connection

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Salary**: Up to ₹7,500.00 per month
