**Job Summary**:

- Oversee the inbound and outbound logistics process.
- Ensure shipments are processed, packed, labeled, and dispatched in compliance with company standards.
- Inspect goods for quality and damage, and record any issues.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters to coordinate shipment schedules.
- Track and report shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels using logistics management software.
- Prepare shipping and receiving documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and delivery of orders.
- Verify that orders match customer specifications and all materials are accounted for.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing logistics data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Generate regular reports on shipment progress, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address and resolve logistics issues, including shipping delays, damaged goods, or incorrect orders.
- Provide customer service support related to logistics inquiries or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Familiarity with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of transportation methods, inventory systems, and warehousing processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
