**Job Overview**:
This role will involve conceptualizing and creating graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visual elements to effectively communicate Owleto's brand and messaging.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Develop and present design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to internal teams for review and feedback.
- Ensure all designs align with Owleto's brand identity, style guidelines, and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and creativity.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Creative Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of creative work.
- Excellent aesthetic sense and the ability to create visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The creative Designer will be an integral part of the creative team, working to bring ideas to life through visually stunning designs that effectively communicate the desired message. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
