SpeEdLabs is an AI-enabled personalized learning platform designed to enhance student performance through adaptive practice. We cater to CBSE board students from Class 6 onwards, as well as IIT JEE and NEET aspirants.

Job Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Convert leads into admissions by effectively counseling students on their academic needs.

Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.

Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trends.

**Requirements**:
Experience: 1-3 years in B2C sales/admissions in the EdTech industry

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle pressure and meet admission targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Laptop & stable internet connection required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
