As an** Analytics Associate **with the Blue Matter Team, you will work collaboratively with senior internal team members to address critical business issues in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals and deliver value through providing innovative and actionable solutions to our clients.
**_ Primary Responsibilities:_**
- Research and deep dive into data sets and information sources based on the context and business requirements_
- _ Analyze the data and extract key insights, opportunities, and threats _
- _Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to create solutions plan and deliver client impact_
- _ Perform advanced analysis in Life Sciences/Pharma domain_
- _ Build visually rich, engaging and efficient analytical tools _
**_Required Experience and Skills_**
- _ 6 months+ of work experience in Analytics_
- _ Knowledge of MS Excel/SQL/Alteryx/R/Python_
- _ Excellent analytical skills _
- _Ability to work across global cross-office teams _
- _Knowledge of PowerPoint and visualization tools to represent insights preferred_
- _ Knowledge of US Pharma market preferred_
**_ Preferred Qualifications:_**
- _ BE/BTech/BS (Statistics) from a reputable institution_
- _ MTech/MS (Statistics) from a reputable institution is desirable_
