**IT Sales Representative/ BDE**

**Location**: Kolkata (Onsite)

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Pay**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month + incentives

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an **experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Business Development Executive** to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our products or services, and generating qualified leads and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to potential customers and explain product/service offerings
- **Follow up** on leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Maintain **professionalism and customer service excellence** in every interaction
- Achieve **daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets**:

- Accurately record customer interactions and update the **CRM** or internal database
- Address **customer questions and objections** clearly and confidently
- Schedule **meetings or product demonstrations** as required
- Collaborate with the **sales and marketing team** to nurture and convert leads

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** (mandatory)
- **Minimum 1 year** of experience in **telecalling, telesales, or BDE role** (preferably in an IT firm)
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Fluency in **English and Hindi**:

- Confident, persuasive, and **self-motivated personality**:

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with **CRM tools**:

- **Freshers are not eligible** for this position
