**Job Title**: 3D Visualizer

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer to join our architectural firm. As a 3D Visualizer, you will play a key role in transforming architectural concepts into visually stunning and realistic 3D renderings. Your expertise will contribute to our projects' visualization, aiding in client presentations and design communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- **3D Rendering**: Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of architectural designs and concepts.
- **Modeling**: Create detailed 3D models of architectural structures, interiors, and landscapes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects and designers to interpret and visualize their concepts effectively.
- **Client Presentations**: Prepare and present 3D visualizations to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite for 3D modeling and rendering.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with the design team to ensure visualizations align with project goals and timelines.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the accuracy and quality of 3D models and renderings meet the firm's standards.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance visualization capabilities.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address design challenges creatively and propose alternative visual solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in an architectural or design environment.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and realism.
