We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic sports anchor/reporter to join our team at CricTracker. As an anchor/reporter, you will play a vital role in the content creation process. Your responsibilities will include researching events, conducting interviews with cricketers, and presenting news stories to our audience in an engaging and informative manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research on relevant cricket events and ensure factual accuracy.
- Prepare scripts and deliver them confidently on camera.
- Host and prepare for live shows.
- Contact cricketers and conduct interviews.
- Adhere to the ethical standards of journalism

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge of cricket.
- Comfortable and professional on-camera presence.
- Ability to improvise in a live on-camera setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a sports anchor/reporter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of cricket, including rules, players, and current trends.
- Familiarity with sports journalism ethics and standards.
- Proficient in on-camera presentation and comfortable in a live broadcasting environment.
- Strong research and fact-checking abilities.
- Effective interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and building relationships with cricketers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with video editing software and multimedia tools is a plus
