Real Estate Sales Agent Job Description Overview A real estate sales agent is responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of properties. They act as intermediaries between property sellers and buyers, providing guidance, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction. Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identifying and contacting potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online marketing.
- Listing Properties: Marketing properties for sale, including taking photos, creating virtual tours, and writing compelling property descriptions.
- Showings: Accompanying clients on property viewings, answering their questions, and highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiations: Representing clients in negotiations with buyers or sellers, ensuring that both parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Closing Deals: Assisting clients with the paperwork and administrative tasks involved in closing real estate transactions.
- Building Relationships: Cultivating relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals to expand their network and generate referrals.
- Staying Updated: Keeping informed about market trends, local regulations, and industry best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid real estate license
- Proficiency in using real estate software and technology Additional Skills (preferred)
- Experience in sales or customer service

- 10.30 am to 7.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
