We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team and help drive student admissions for both domestic and international programs. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing information about various courses, assisting with the admission process, and offering personalized advice based on students' educational interests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about available courses, programs, and admission deadlines for both domestic and international universities.
- Answer questions and provide information on course details, fee structure, scholarships, and other related services.
- Maintain and update the database with student details, call logs, and feedback.
- Follow up with leads, ensuring proper communication and closing of admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and counseling team to ensure a smooth admission process.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior job experience required - we will provide full training.
- A Bachelor's degree or Diploma education is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international education systems is a plus, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
