**Responsibilities**:

- **Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring seamless transitions, visual coherence, and narrative flow.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to enhance the overall impact of videos.
- Refine and adjust video content based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- **Post-Production**:

- Color correct and grade footage to achieve desired visual aesthetics and consistency.
- Enhance audio quality by cleaning up audio tracks, adjusting levels, and adding effects as needed.
- Export and deliver final video files in various formats suitable for web, social media, and other distribution channels.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and storyboard video projects.
- Provide input on visual storytelling techniques, pacing, and overall production quality.
- Work closely with writers, graphic designers, and animators to integrate visual elements seamlessly into video projects.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and archives for easy access and retrieval.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and audio recording.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and feedback effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
