**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct site visits and presentations for potential buyers and investors.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and project offerings.
- Manage client relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales service.
- Assist customers with legal documents and closing formalities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in property expos, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork/site visits.
- Fluency in Languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
