Job Title: Voice Process

Associate (Malayalam & Telugu)

Department: Customer Service/Support

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right tools, resources, and techniques.

Manage large volumes of incoming calls with efficiency and courtesy.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide tailored solutions.

Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and maintain a polite and friendly manner.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

Collaborate with the team to achieve better results and maintain high customer service standards.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Malayalam and Telugu is mandatory.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High school diploma; further education will be considered a plus.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.

Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think under pressure.
