We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented **E-Commerce Order Processing Executive** to join our team and help manage our online orders efficiently.

**Job Description: E-Commerce Order Processing Executive**
**Location**: Vikhroli West (Kailash Complex)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 (Negotiable based on interview performance and experience)
**Work Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
**Days**: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

**Key Responsibilities of E-Commerce Order Processing Executive**:

- **Product Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage the stock of jewelry and sarees, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory.
- Perform regular checks to confirm product availability and ensure items are listed correctly for sale.
- **Order Management**:

- Create waybills for orders and ensure timely dispatch of items.
- Track shipments, resolve non-delivery issues, and manage discrepancies (such as weight issues) with delivery partners.
- Follow up on orders to ensure prompt and accurate delivery to customers.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed and organized Excel reports for orders, returns, revenue tracking, and order cancellation percentages.
- Analyze data and assist in generating reports for internal review and improvement.
- **Coordination with Customer Service**:

- Communicate effectively with the customer service team to resolve any order-related issues, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
- Support the customer service team with any necessary order adjustments or updates.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel**, especially with reporting, data tracking, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience using **e-commerce platforms**, apps, and courier websites for **order management** and **waybill creation**.
- Strong **communication skills** to effectively interact with the team, courier partners, and customer service team.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in a similar role within e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
