**Job Title**: Account Executive

**Location**: V.V. Nagar, Anand, Gujarat
**Experience**: Minimum 3+ years in a public limited company

**Qualification**: Inter CA / M. Com (Master of Commerce)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Ensure timely vendor and customer payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Generate MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file GST/TDS returns and related documents.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and consultants.

**Required Skills**:

- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multitasking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
