**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a 3D Character Modeler, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality 3D models of character for various industries, including animation, gaming, film, and advertising. You will collaborate with a team of artists, designers, and animators to bring digital characters to life, adhering to specific project requirements and artistic vision. Your expertise in 3D modelling software and understanding of human anatomy and character design will be crucial to successfully create realistic and visually appealing characters.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- 3D Character Modelling: Create 3D character models based on concept art, reference images, or design specifically. This involves building the character’s anatomy, facial features, clothing, accessories, and other details with attention to proportions, topology, and visual aesthetics.
- Rigging and Skinning: Work closely with rigging artists to create and implement character rigs, including Skeleton setup, joint weighting, and skinning. Ensure proper deformation of the character’s mesh during animation and articulation.
- Optimization and Integration: Optimize character models for the efficient real-time rendering or animation playback, considering polygon count, LOD’s and other performance considerations. Collaborate with technical artists and developers to integrate the characters into the game engine or production pipeline.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with the art team, including concepts artists, animators, and art directors, to -understand projects requirements, provide input, and iterate on character designs as necessary. Communicate and coordinate with the other departments, such as animation, visual effects, and production, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Research and Skill Development: Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and software advancements related to character modelling. Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through self-learning, training program, and participation in relevant forums or communities.

**Salary**: ₹10,618.60 - ₹22,000.00 per month
