**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**: As a Maths Faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students at Higher Level, helping them understand mathematical concepts, and encouraging their academic growth. You will develop lesson plans, assess student progress, and create a supportive learning environment that fosters curiosity and a love for mathematics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach mathematics at Senior grade in alignment with curriculum guidelines and standards.
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
- Use a variety of instructional techniques, including lectures, group activities, and hands-on problem-solving.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments.
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents about academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in mathematics education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
- Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- years of teaching experience in mathematics at 2-3 Years
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and principles, and the ability to teach them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- [Certification(s)] in Mathematics or Teaching (if required by local education standards).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
