**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and execute motion graphics for various digital platforms, including videos, animations, presentations, and social media content.
- Translate creative briefs and client requirements into visually engaging and cohesive motion design concepts.
- Create storyboard layouts, mockups, and animatics to communicate design ideas and project vision effectively.
- Develop motion graphics using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
- Integrate audio elements, sound effects, and music tracks to enhance the impact of motion graphics projects.
- Ensure consistency in design style, visual language, and brand identity across all motion graphics deliverables.
- Collaborate with other team members, including designers, animators, and video editors, to streamline workflow and achieve project goals.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in motion design to continually enhance skills and creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a motion graphic artist, animator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling concepts.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, polished motion graphics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for pushing the boundaries of motion design.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
