**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- 8 years with M. Sc Nursing (Medical Surgical, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Community, OBG)
- Mentor and supervise students in clinical and academic settings, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.
- Contribute to curriculum development, revision, and evaluation to ensure alignment with accreditation standards, industry trends, and best practices in nursing education.
- Engage in scholarly activities, including but not limited to research, publication, and presentations at professional conferences, to contribute to the advancement of nursing knowledge and practice.
- Provide leadership within the department and participate in committees, task forces, and other initiatives to support institutional goals and foster a collaborative academic environment.
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare organizations, and other stakeholders to promote interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical practice excellence, and community health initiatives.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic advising, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned by the department chair or program director.
- Maintain current licensure and certifications as required by the state board of nursing and accreditation bodies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous teaching experience in nursing education at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, with a strong understanding of curriculum development, student assessment, and instructional technology.
- Demonstrated expertise in a specialized area of nursing practice, education, or research, with a record of scholarly achievement (e.g., publications, grants, presentations) commensurate with the rank of Associate Professor.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Leadership experience in academic or professional settings, with a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in nursing education and practice.
- Proficiency in academic research methodologies, statistical analysis software, and scholarly writing conventions.
- Commitment to lifelong learning, professional development, and staying current with advances in nursing science, technology, and healthcare delivery models.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Board certification in a nursing specialty area.
- Experience with offline/online or hybrid teaching formats and instructional technologies.
- Previous experience in program accreditation and/or assessment processes.
- Demonstrated success in securing external funding for research or educational initiatives.
- Experience in clinical practice or healthcare administration settings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
