Marketing Admin

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to promote products and services.
- Product Promotion: Coordinate promotions for QHSE products and e-learning courses.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Improve search rankings and create engaging content.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach.
- CRM Integration: Use customer relationship management tools to personalize marketing efforts.
- Competitive Analysis: Regularly analyze competitors’ strategies and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
- Crisis Communication: Develop and implement communication plans for brand-related crises.

- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives to connect with audiences emotionally.
- Adaptability: Quickly adjust strategies based on market changes or campaign performance.

- PPC Advertising: Expertise in managing pay-per-click campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- UX/UI Principles: Understanding of user experience and interface design to optimize digital campaigns.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Advanced degree (Master’s) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Specialized courses in data analytics, consumer behavior, or digital marketing.

**Experience**:

- 1 year of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience in managing large budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in global or multicultural marketing environments.

Certifications:

- Digital Marketing: Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, or Facebook Blueprint.
- SEO: Moz SEO Certification, SEMrush SEO Toolkit Course, or Yoast SEO Certification.
- Analytics: Google Analytics Certification or Tableau Desktop Specialist.
- Social Media: Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification or Twitter Flight School.
- Marketing Automation: HubSpot Marketing Software Certification or Marketo Certified Expert.
- Brand Management: Certified Brand Manager (CBM) or Professional Certified Marketer (PCM).
