Job Title: Data Entry Operator - Retail Showroom
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
**Job Type**: Full-Time | Onsite
Salary : As per Company Standards
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain POS systems, ensuring accurate transaction processing.
- Monitor and update inventory management software to reflect real-time stock levels.
- Coordinate price changes and promotional updates with the sales floor team.
- Generate and distribute daily sales, inventory, and performance reports.
- Perform routine backups and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the IT department for system updates and maintenance.
- Train new staff on system operations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a retail environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of POS systems and retail operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with specific retail software platforms (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle Retail).
- Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
