**Position Overview**:
Ferroart Interiors Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting Ferroart's exceptional interior design services and products. This role requires a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Engagement: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Ferroart's design philosophy, products, and services to effectively communicate their value to clients. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in interior design.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations at Ferroart’s Experience Centre and client locations. Showcase our portfolio and highlight the unique features and benefits of our designs.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after project completion.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals. Ensure all sales agreements are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about competitors. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client needs.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution. Communicate client requirements and preferences clearly to the design team.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the interior design or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present and demonstrate products effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
