We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy **Sales Executive **to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
**Job Location : Karnataka**
**Work Nature : Work From Home**
**Reporting : Day to day reporting to headoffice by any convenient method**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need(Lead generation and conversion of leads into sales opportunities)
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiatives and creativity
- Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking social media and direct face to face meeting.
- Set up direct meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
**Qualification &Skills Required**
- A keen interest in IT issues
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada
- Presentation skills
- The ability to write reports and proposals
- The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
**Salary Package**
As per industry standards and previous experiences
