**Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to**:
- Providing face to face and telephone advice to existing international students and staff on course requirements/ progress
- Providing exceptional customer service to students and staff, ensuring queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- Conduct regular systematic and timely review of enrolment and orientation documents
- Ensuring student records are maintained accurately and efficiently using Moodle/ MS TEAMS database
- Supporting Trainers administration processes.
**Selection Criteria**:
- Good communication, written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Office skills
- Able to work in a team environment and also individually
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
