Job Title: Experienced CNC Programmer for 7-Axis Mill (Mastercam)

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CNC

Programmer who specializes in 7-Axis milling and proficiently utilizes Mastercam

programming, extensive knowledge of Mastercam, and a proven track record of

creating intricate and high-precision parts. As a CNC Programmer at [Your Company

Name], you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our advanced 7-Axis

milling operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for 7-Axis milling

machines to produce complex components with precision and efficiency.

2. Interpret and translate technical drawings, CAD/CAM models, and

specifications into CNC programs, ensuring utmost accuracy.

3. Develop and refine toolpaths, select cutting tools, and establish workpiece

fixturing strategies for optimum results.

4. Conduct machine setup, including the selection of appropriate cutting tools,

workpiece materials, and tool holders.

5. Monitor and fine-tune machine parameters during production runs to

maintain the highest quality and compliance with specifications.

6. Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to ensure they meet

stringent quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.

7. Diagnose and troubleshoot machine and tooling issues to minimize

downtime and maintain production schedules.

8. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety

protocols and best practices.

9. Collaborate effectively with engineers, machinists, and team members to

optimize processes and achieve project goals.

10. Maintain detailed records of CNC programs, tooling, and setup procedures

for future reference.

11. Stay informed about the latest industry advancements and incorporate new

technologies and techniques as appropriate.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in

machining or a related field is a plus.

2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer with a strong

focus on 7-Axis milling operations and expertise in using Mastercam.

3. Proficiency in CNC programming software, specifically Mastercam, and

familiarity with CAD/CAM systems.

4. In-depth knowledge of 7-Axis milling machines and their capabilities.

5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine

and tooling issues effectively.

6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality,

precision components.

7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within

a team.

8. Profound understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a

machining environment.

9. Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and techniques in the CNC

machining field.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
