N-TechShipCare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Back Office Coordinator** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
As a Back Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our administrative functions, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining seamless communication across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Help our team leaders to drive swift operations.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate databases on demand.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations
- Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and other business correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards.
- Support logistics and scheduling tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Must have basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
