**Job Title: Senior Executive - Marketing & Client Service**

**Location**: Ernakulam

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in the Event/Advertising/Hospitality industry, with experience in Client Service/Account Management and Business Development.

**Education**: MBA, BBA, Mass Communication & Advertising Graduates, or related fields.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives; propose solutions that meet their goals.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand client base.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
- **Marketing Strategy Execution**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns within budget.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide leadership and support to junior team members as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Service/Account Management and Business Development within the Event, Advertising, or Hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- MBA, BBA, Mass Communication & Advertising Graduates, or related fields preferred.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
