**Job Description**:

- Calculation of fund settlements of the Campaigns
- Resolving customer complaints/queries related to fund settlement
- Any other task which management deems fit.
- Resolving disputes and chargebacks related to donations made
- Daily risk analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of MIS office with skill in MS Excel and MS Word
- Dynamic and able to take initiatives
- Ability to multitask
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have ability to work independently as well as in team
- Qualification: Graduation preferred
