Admissions Counselor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive **Admission Counselor** to join our team. The counselor will be the first point of contact for prospective students and will play a crucial role in guiding them through the admission process. You will be responsible for understanding student needs, explaining program offerings, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding the courses and services offered by the institute.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online queries professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with prospective students to provide information and address concerns.
- Conduct admission interviews, assess student interests, and recommend appropriate courses.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Assist in organizing orientation sessions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
