**Job Title: Graphic Designer - Events & Brand Communication**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative designs for **event collaterals, branding materials, stage backdrops, digital creatives, invites, and decks**.
- Create **client presentations and pitch decks** based on briefs shared by the client servicing and event teams.
- Understand brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
- Support in the design execution of **ATL (Above The Line)** and **BTL (Below The Line)** marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including **client servicing, production, and operations** for project execution.
- Edit and adapt designs quickly based on client feedback and changing requirements.
- Maintain an organized archive of design projects and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong command over **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, After Effects preferred)**.
- Understanding of **event layouts, spatial design, and print/digital formats**.
- Ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals and presentations.
- Good sense of **colour, typography, and composition**.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in **Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field**.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
- Basic understanding of **events, branding, and on-ground marketing activities**.
