**Oracle EPM Account Reconciliations - Reconciliation Compliance (RC)**

**Requirements**:
**Employment Type: Contractor**

**Must Have**:

- Hands-on experience of minimum of 5+ years' experience with Oracle EPM Account Reconciliations (ARCS) - Reconciliation Compliance module.
- Hands-on experience of 3+ full lifecycle implementations including the following configurations:

- Profiles and formats based on the customer requirements and business process.
- System settings, attributes, data sources, and user assignments.
- Experience with configuring multiple subledger and third-party data sources within Reconciliation Compliance (e.g. Bank, Accounts Payable, Inventory, etc.).
- Experience with configuring multiple bank file types (e.g. BAI, Swift, etc.).
- Experience with other ledger configurations for profiles and integrations (e.g. Statutory, Regulatory, etc.).
- Experience with configuring Variance Analysis reconciliations.
- Report, dashboard, and list configuration.
- End-to-end reconciliation compliance process configuration.
- End-to-end data flow design.

- Develop end-to-end reconciliation solutions that align with client business goals.
- Application Development, User Acceptance Testing, and Training:

- Develop test scenarios and scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for client sign-off.
- Develop training materials for Core User Training.
- Application Maintenance and Support:

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to clients, using Oracle Support Services as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, configurations, and procedures, leveraging internal documentation standards.
- Deliver regular status updates to the internal and external teams.

Education: Any Graduate or Equivalent.
