The Steward Waiter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas while also assisting in serving food and beverages to guests. This dual-role position ensures smooth restaurant or banquet operations by providing excellent customer service and keeping the workspace clean and organized.

**Key Responsibilities: Steward Duties (Kitchen & Cleaning Support)**
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Dispose of waste and garbage properly while following hotel or restaurant hygiene standards.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of food storage areas, ensuring proper hygiene and organization.

**Waiter Duties (Guest Service & Food/Beverage Handling)**
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and responding to requests.
- Clear tables, reset them for new guests, and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Handle guest payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system if required.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, F&B service, or stewarding is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and carry trays/dishes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
