Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on outbound sales calls. As a Travel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of travel packages and services to prospective customers over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into bookings for Thomas Cook Tours and Travels' products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized travel recommendations and exceptional customer service.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our travel packages, including destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and special offers.
- Listen to customer needs and preferences to tailor travel solutions that meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Lead generation.
- Outbound Sales.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
