Opportunity

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting our clients on preparing pitch books, company focused discussion documents, studying & analysing various type of precedent equity offerings
- Managing delivery & execution of projects on ECM side, including capital market updates, newsletters, shareholder / ownership analysis, IPO comps / analysis, new equity issuance analysis, Capital structure analysis, Investor analysis and profiles, ECM transaction case studies, company profiles, industry research, league tables etc
- Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”
- Conducting analysis and performing quality control check of the outgoing reports/packs
- Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment

Required Background
- MBA / CFA/ CA
- Relevant experience of 2+ years in Investment Banking preferably Equity Capital market (ECM) team of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firm
- Should have fair knowledge about capital markets, equity offerings, equity-linked offerings like convertible bond market
- Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess the economic performance/analysis of companies and industries for clients
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Working knowledge of databases such as Dealogic, Factset, Bloomberg, MergerMarket, CapitalIQ, Thomson Research, etc.
- MS Office skills - should be good in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
