**What you'll be doing**
- Contribute to the design of innovative, user-centred fintech products, working closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers
- Conduct research to gather insights into user needs and behaviours, and use this information to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the product vision and meet user needs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible and that the final product meets both functional and aesthetic requirements
- Seek feedback from senior designers and other stakeholders to continually improve your design skills and techniques
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools, and actively seek out new opportunities for innovation

**What we expect from you**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio of successful projects
- Strong visual design skills, with a solid understanding of typography, colour, and other design elements
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Miro, Notion, FigJam, Protopie, Framer
- Strong research skills, with experience conducting user research and using findings to inform design decisions
- Experience in Wireframing, Storyboarding, Rapid Prototyping, Heuristic Evaluations & Mental Models
- Advanced knowledge of Design Thinking Methodologies, Mind Mapping, User flows & Process Flow Diagrams, Empathy Mapping, Sitemaps & IA
- Knowledge in User Journey Mapping, UI Design, Vector Assets & Iconography, Product Illustrations, Responsive Design, Grid Systems, Product Design Systems, Libraries & Frameworks, Usability Testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior designers, product managers, and developers. A passion for the fintech industry is a plus
