Robotics Trainer

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Follow the curriculum for classes 1 through 12.
- Integrate concepts of electronics, programming, and mechanical design tailored to different grade levels.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that captivate students across all age groups.
- Utilize varied teaching methods including demonstrations, experiments, and project-based learning to enhance student understanding and engagement.
- Prepare and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.).
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to students during class activities, projects, and in preparation for competitions.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress continuously and provide feedback to help them improve.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage and maintain robotics labs, ensuring all equipment and materials are available and in good working condition.
- Stay updated with the latest technology and procure necessary tools and software for the robotics lab.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and coordinate robotics clubs, workshops, and school-wide competitions.
- Encourage and facilitate student participation in external competitions and science fairs.
- **Professional Development and Networking**:

- Attend and participate in relevant professional development workshops and seminars to enhance teaching skills and technical knowledge.
- Build a network with other educators and professionals in the field of robotics and electronics for collaboration and learning.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Participate in faculty meetings, contributing to the overall learning environment planning and improvement discussions.
- Prepare reports on program success and challenges, presenting them to the school management for further development and support.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
