Receptionist

Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per company policy.
- Notify staff of visitor arrivals and direct them accordingly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers about the company and its services.
- Handle inquiries, and complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols for visitor access.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Administration or related field is a plus).
- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
