**The Role**

As Product Owner for our Data Management Solutions, you’ll bridge strategy and execution. Working closely with Product Management, you’ll translate vision into actionable roadmaps and ensure delivery of solutions that help our customers manage, integrate, and unlock the power of data. You’ll be the voice of the product, driving innovation and ensuring quality from concept to release.

**What You’ll Do**
- Translate the product vision into clear priorities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer — understanding pain points and ensuring solutions deliver real value.
- Collaborate with Product Management to shape the roadmap and identify opportunities for innovation, particularly in data and AI.
- Communicate direction and progress clearly to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Represent the product internally and externally — from customer demos to partner discussions and industry events.

**Responsibilities**
- Backlog Leadership: Own and maintain the product backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring clarity for development teams.
- Delivery Oversight: Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to guide sprint planning, manage dependencies, and ensure features meet quality standards.
- Customer Engagement: Gather insights directly from customers, partners, and market research to validate requirements and influence prioritization.
- AI & Data Focus: Drive the use of AI/ML technologies and modern data practices (integration, quality, security) to enhance product offerings.
- Enablement & Adoption: Support testing, release notes, documentation, and training to ensure smooth adoption by internal teams and customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Customer Operations to create a seamless product experience from concept to delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in retrospectives and foster a culture of learning, innovation, and operational excellence.

**What You Bring (Top 5 Skills & Experience)**
- Strong Data & AI Expertise - Experience with data management, integration, quality, compliance, and security; exposure to AI/ML and tools like Microsoft CoPilot is a plus.
- ERP & Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge - Solid background with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&SCM or Business Central) or similar ERP systems.
- Product Ownership Skills - Proven ability to manage backlogs, define user stories, and deliver value in Agile/SAFe environments (PO/CSPO certification preferred).
- Stakeholder & Customer Engagement - Strong communication and presentation skills, able to represent the product internally and externally, and gather actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Leadership - A team player with facilitation, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills, thriving in diverse, international environments.
