**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely feedback and support to help students improve and succeed.
- **Laboratory Management**:

- Oversee the chemistry laboratory, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and that equipment and materials are well maintained.
- Guide students in conducting experiments and interpreting results.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and promote a culture of respect and responsibility.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with colleagues to integrate science concepts across the curriculum and participate in interdisciplinary projects.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational practices and science trends.
- **Student Support**:

- Identify students needing additional help in chemistry and provide appropriate resources and assistance.
- Encourage student involvement in extracurricular activities related to science, such as science fairs or chemistry clubs.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field.
- Valid state teaching certification for PGT Chemistry.
- Experience teaching chemistry at the senior secondary level is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
